PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scoop which has improved durability and mixing performance of food materials and which is hygienic, easy to manage and inexpensive.SOLUTION: The scoop 1 includes a handle 2, a metallic scooping part 4 and a metallic edge material 6. The scooping part 4 is supported by the handle 2 and has the width larger than that of the handle 2. The edge material 6 has a shape corresponding to an edge shape of a tip side part 4a of the scooping part 4, and has a rounded outer surface and an open groove in the outer surface. The edge material 6 is welded to the scooping part 4 by fitting the groove to an edge part 4c of the tip side part 4a. The edge material 6 has both side parts 6c which face each other in the width direction of the scooping part 4. |
