PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an incoming call mode to be switched automatically by automatically detecting a state of using a public transportation, and to enable a transmission side user to be notified that a reception side user is in using the public transportation.SOLUTION: A radio base station acquires and accumulates positional information of a plurality of vehicles within a cover area, then acquires moving speed of a mobile terminal and a vehicle based on the accumulated positional information and positional information acquired from the mobile terminal, and performs determination whether the mobile terminal is in riding on the vehicle from the moving speed and the positional information before a flag is attached. When an incoming call is received by the mobile terminal, the flag is referenced. A signal for compulsory setting to a manner mode is transmitted to the mobile terminal irrespective of a kind of the incoming call mode which is set to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is determined to be riding on the vehicle. |
