<p>An integrated circuit (21) and a standby controlling method thereof are provided. The integrated circuit (21) comprises a reset device (212), a standby controlling device (214), a functional device (213) and a power supply controlling device (211). The functional device (213) comprises at least a sub-functional unit (8) that doesn't operate in the standby state. The power supply controlling device (211) supplies power to the functional device (213), the standby controlling device (214) and the reset device (212). After a system standby signal (7) is detected, the standby controlling device (214) controls the power supply controlling device (211), and thus the supply voltage of the functional device (213) is controlled in the range of the predetermined voltage which is lower than the normal operating voltage. And after a waking-up signal (1) is detected, the supply voltage is regulated back to the normal operating voltage. After the system standby signal (7) is detected, the reset device (212) resets the functional device (213). After the waking-up signal (1) is detected, the reset of the functional device (213) is released. The time for awaking the integrated circuit (21) in the standby state is shortened in the situation of guaranteeing a lower static power consumption of the whole functional device (213).</p> |
