A heat exchanging apparatus comprising of plurality of disk type heat exchanger units, disk type heat exchanger units having an inlet and an outlet as a tubular member. Disposed within a disk type heat exchanger unit is a chamber to facilitate flow of heat exchange media, having a heat exchange medium directing member disposed within the chamber to direct flow of heat exchange media herein, said disk type heat exchanger units having connecting members disposed within to provide additional structural support.
