The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a steamed sea mustard bun containing useful nutrients, and having good flavor and improved texture. To this end, the method for manufacturing a steamed sea mustard bun containing sea mustard and chlorella comprises: a material preparing step for preparing an outer material which include 115 to 125 parts by weight of sugar, 85 to 89 parts by weight of white bean jam, 33 to 37 parts by weight of sea mustard powder, 20 to 22 parts by weight of the white of an egg, 17 to 19 parts by weight of chlorella powder, 17 to 19 parts by weight of makgeolli, and 6.5 to 7.5 parts by weight of baking powder with respect to 100 parts by weight of weak flour, and preparing an inner material which includes 20 to 25 parts by weight of walnut with respect to 100 parts by weight of bean jam; an outer material dough making step for mixing the outer material to make an outer material dough; a molding step for cutting the outer material dough every 20 to 22 g and inserting the inner material of 33 to 35 g into the cut dough to make the outer material surround the inner material; and a cooking step for cooking the materials for 13 to 17 minutes in a steam vessel generating steam. |
