PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ELECTRET FINE PARTICLES

PURPOSE: A producing method of an electret corpuscle is provided to remove conventional crushing and dividing processes for producing the electret corpuscle, and to secure the high uniformity of the particle diameter of the corpuscle. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an electret corpuscle comprises the following steps: obtaining an emulsifying particle by emulsifying a liquid fluoride-containing compound; and radiating electronic beams or radiation rays directly to the emulsifying particle. The radiation process is performed after micro-encapsulating the emulsifying particle, or re-dispersing the micro-encapsulated emulsifying particle to an electrophoretic medium.
