A sticker information providing device and a computer readable recording medium are disclosed. Provided is a sticker information providing method of a portable communication device which transmits or receives sticker information, not a general message input, in a call situation (before a call connection, after a call connection) to check the sticker information on any portion of a transmitting and receiving screen and which exposes the sticker information only during a preset period of time (ex, about one to three seconds) and volatilizes the sticker information to transfer additional information suitable for the call situation to a counterpart.
