The invention provides a call processing method, device and equipment based on intelligent equipment, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a request, triggered by a user, for calling a service number corresponding to a current application APP, and monitoring the call state of the intelligent equipment integrated with the APP; judging whether the call state represents that the current call for the service number is a failure or not; determining an APP problem in the current call according to a behavior log of the user in operating the current APP if the call state represents that the current call for the service number is a failure; and transmitting the APP problem to an APP server side. In the embodiment of the invention, the method can enable an APP service system to be able to obtain related information of the user for operating the APP under the condition that the user dials different service numbers through monitoring the call state of the intelligent equipment, and also can improve the user experience in using the APP installed in the intelligent equipment. |
