The device i.e. poly-phase voltage inverter (20), has condensers (C1, C2) comprising continuous voltages (VDC+, VDC-) at terminals, where the condensers are connected in series between two input terminals (U+, U-) by a reference point (22). A control unit (34) controls electronic bidirectional switches (30) sending control signals i.e. electric pulse, to the switches. A modification unit (44) modifies the control signals to reduce difference between values of the continuous voltages and add a homopolar voltage to phases (Va-Vc) of alternating output voltage. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electric machine and power supply system assembly comprising a circulation bus (2) a method for controlling an electronic switch of a conversion device.
