PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of identifying intruding objects by precisely extracting pixels in a picked-up image that are affected by raindrops. SOLUTION: This image sensor includes a storage part 18 for storing input images in time series; and an image processing part 20 for reading from the storage part 18 an input image T1, an input image T2 and an input image T3 picked up in time series, and for extracting, as pixels where the rain is imaged, the pixels in which the input image T2 has higher brightness than the input image T1 and the input image T3 and in which the input image T1 and the input image T3 have approximately equal brightness.
