PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing an electronic frame device service by using PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), and a terminal thereof are provided to conveniently transmit an image in a portal site of the Internet through the input of a telephone number of a PSTN network connected to an electronic frame. CONSTITUTION: An image reception module(102) receives the image transmission request from an image transmission terminal, and the image transmission request includes and image file and a PSTN telephone number of the electronic device which is supposed to receive the image file. A dial-up module(103) tries dial-up access to the PSTN telephone number of the electronic frame device. If the electronic frame device receives a telephone number, an image transmission module(104) transmits the image file. A control unit(101) processes the matters associated with image transmission service to the electronic frame device connected to the PSTN.
