The element (2) has parts formed from extruded aluminum profiles and forming a convector radiator with a battery. A heat accumulator (5) is filled with refractory materials to retain heat emitted by a heat resistance plate sandwiched between the aluminum profiles. Emissive fins (4) with front facade (4bis) are in direct contact with the heat accumulator to allow maximum diffusion of hot air. The profiles have small fins to increase emissive surfaces and thermal performances. A vertical closing plate is placed on a side of the battery.
