PURPOSE: A nozzle tip manufacturing method is provided to easily reduce the defective rate of a nozzle tip. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the nozzle tip is as follows. The initial nozzle tip(1) is molded with the mold of ceramic powder. The initial nozzle tip comprises a groove of small diameter matching with the nozzle hole on a final nozzle tip. The tip end of the initial nozzle tip is polished and the groove of the initial nozzle is modified to the nozzle hole.
