PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting a gap between the bundles of heat pipes on the upper side of a secondary tube of a steam generator with the naked eye and selectively removing foreign materials are provided to efficiently remove the foreign materials by inspecting the foreign materials and sludge between the heat pipes on the upper side of the secondary tube of the steam generator. CONSTITUTION: A mounting fixture is fixed to the flange surface of a hand hole of a steam generator with a bolt. A guide rail(120) is combined with the center steroid in the center of the steam generator. An inspecting unit(130) is slidingly combined with the lower side of the guide rail, performs an inspection with the naked eye and removes foreign materials. A driving unit(140) provides power to the inspecting unit. A field controller and a remote controller control the mounting fixture, the inspecting unit and the driving unit.
