PURPOSE: A hybrid super capacitor is provided to obtain high capacitance and high operation voltage by combining the high capacitance of a redox pseudo capacitor with the high operation voltage of a lithium ion hybrid capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An anode(11) includes a transition metal oxide. A cathode(12) includes carbide in which a lithium ion is previously doped. A separator(13) separates the cathode from the anode. An electrolyte(14) is contacted with the anode and the cathode. A collector(15,16) and a terminal(17,18) are respectively connected to the anode and the cathode.
