PURPOSE: A vacuum heat-insulation device for a boiler or hot water tank is provided to completely block the heat radiated from a boiler body by forming the boiler body into a dual structure using a vacuum panel or vinyl. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum heat-insulation device comprises a fire compartment, a water housing(23), a flue pipe(15), and a plurality of water pipes(12). The fire compartment is set in the lower part of a boiler body. The water housing is formed around the fire compartment and the flue pipe. The flue pipe for supplying the heat of fire is installed on a side of the water housing. The water pipes are installed inside the fire compartment.
