SECONDARY BATTERY PACK

Disclosed is a secondary battery pack comprising: a secondary battery block (3) having a plurality of unit blocks (2) connected in series; battery adjusting units (5) arranged for every unit block (2) and having functions to monitor the voltages of the secondary batteries and to adjust the balances of same; a charge switch (8); and a discharge switch (9).  Further comprised is a transmission unit (17), to which information from each battery adjusting unit (5) is inputted.  The transmission unit (17) is mutually connected with the transmission unit of the preceding or succeeding stage, and is set to output at least one of the information inputted from the transmission unit of the preceding stage and the information inputted from the battery adjusting unit (5), to the transmission unit of the succeeding stage.  The transmission unit (17) includes a constant-current transmitting unit for transmissions at a constant current value, and a current detecting unit capable of detecting the constant current value.
