PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave leakage control member and a hybrid type heating furnace, of reduced manufacturing cost, and capable of allowing thermal deformation of a shaft member in an axis direction and restraining leakage of microwaves from around the shaft member.SOLUTION: The microwave leakage restraining member 4 restrains leakage of microwaves M from a gap between a through-hole 204 and the shaft member 5. The microwave leakage restraining member 4 is provided with a cylindrical net member 40 made of a conductor arranged at a gap in a loosened state for absorbing at least a part of deformation volume at thermal deformation of the shaft member 5 in an axis direction and having a smaller mesh size than a wavelength of the microwave M. |
