PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type reinforcement joint by which stress transmission of each peripheral part of a threadingly fitted part between a male screw part of a reinforcing bar and a threaded tube is made even, enabling transmission of a larger force.SOLUTION: Facing ends of a pair of reinforcing bars 1 joined to each other are formed into male screw parts 1a having a larger diameter. The threaded tube 2 having a female screw part 2a threadingly fitted by the male screw parts 1a of the pair of the reinforcing bars 1 is arranged. Areas L having the length corresponding to one or more thread ridges of the female screw part 2a from both axial end edges of an outer peripheral surface of the screw tube 2 are formed into tapered parts 2b narrowing toward the fronts.
