PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating lamp and illuminating device capable of responding to various practical requests for illumination.SOLUTION: A first illuminating lamp including a second LED group arranged in a line, extending on the same line as a first LED group arranged in a line, and a second illuminating lamp including a fourth light emitting part arranged in a line, extending on the same line as a third LED group arranged in a line, extending on the same line, can be controlled so that the first LED group and the second LED group emit the light different from each other and that the second LED group and the third LED group emit the same light continuously in a seamless manner. The light on a window side of a room and the light inside the room are measured, and controlled so that the sum of the external light and the illumination light becomes uniform inside the room. Illumination is controlled so that a place inside of a wide room, wherein people exits, is bright and the periphery thereof becomes gradually dark. |
