PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo tissue closing device securely closing an undesired hole penetrating through an in-vivo tissue membrane.SOLUTION: The in-vivo tissue closing device includes: a clip 4 having an anchor 41 and a deformable part 42 for closing the undesired hole penetrating the in-vivo tissue membrane; a sheath 5 having a hub; a cover tube 6 for detachably holding the deformable part 42 at the distal end; and a disposing device having a connector which can be connected to the hub while the cover tube 6 is inserted into the sheath 5 and a deforming mechanism for deforming the deformable part 42 for disposing the clip 4 within the living body by performing the operation of deforming the deformable part 42 with the anchor 41 covering the periphery of the hole. By moving the connector toward the distal end relative to the clip 4 with the hub connected to the connector, the distal end of the sheath 5 abuts on the anchor 41, and the posture of the anchor 41 is adjusted. |
