PURPOSE: A variable compression ratio device is provided to improve the fuel rate and output by varying the compression ratio according to the operation conditions of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A variable compression ratio device comprises a crank shaft(130), a crank pin, a connecting rod(110) and an eccentric bearing(190). The inner circumference of the eccentric bearing adheres closely to the outer circumference of the crank pin. The inner circumference center and the outer circumference center of the eccentric bearing are to be eccentric. The location of a piston(100) is varied according to the rotational location of the eccentric bearing.
