PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce facility costs and further to improve a reception level of wireless communication between inside an underground building and on the ground.SOLUTION: Above a manhole, an antenna feeding circuit 200 is provided which is disposed proximately to the manhole with no contact. The antenna feeding circuit 200 is equipped with: a dielectric body 16 disposed facing the manhole while being spaced apart therefrom; a microstrip line 17 disposed on a front face of the dielectric body 16; a ground surface 21 disposed on a rear face of the dielectric body 16; and a spacer 20 disposed in a corner on a rear face of the ground surface 21 and composed of dielectrics such as foamed polystyrene. Power supplied from a feeding terminal 18 to the microstrip line 17 and the ground surface 21 is electromagnetically coupled and supplied to the manhole.
