PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficient external brazing function and excellent corrosion resistance as a cladding material for a tube for a heat exchanger in which a bare fin material is braze-joined to the tube formed by bending and brazing a sheet.SOLUTION: An Al alloy containing 0.6-0.9% Si, 0.2-0.5% Fe, 0.4-0.7% Cu, 1.0-1.8% Mn, and 0.05-0.2% Ti is used for a core. An Al alloy sacrifice anode material having the brazing function and containing 2.5-4.5% Si, 2.5-5.5% Zn, 0.2-0.5% Fe, and 0.005-0.1% Na is clad to a surface forming the outer surface side of a tube out of both surfaces of the core. An Al-Si based brazing filler metal containing 7.5-12% Si, 0.2-0.5% Fe, and 0.005-0.1% Na is clad on the other surface of the core. In the cladding material, 15,000-45,000 pieces/mmof Si particles having the particle diameter of 0.1-1.0 μm are present in the sacrifice anode material with the total plate thickness being within a range of 0.1-0.25 mm. |
