PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate preventing a concentration of unnecessary access and unauthorized access to a site.SOLUTION: When input data transmitted from a terminal 300 is to be transmitted to a preset protected area of a website 400, a user side device 100 encrypts the input data and transmits the input data together with user side device identification information to a site side device 200 in the order wherein the input data is transmitted and, when the input data transmitted from the terminal 300 is to be transmitted to an area other than the protected area, the user side device 100 transmits the input data to the website 400. When the transmitted user side device identification information is the information pre-stored in the site side device 200, the site side device 200 decrypts the input data transmitted together with the user side device identification information and, when the decrypted input data is received in the pre-stored order, the site side device 200 transmits the input data to the website 400. |
