PURPOSE: An apparatus for connecting a flat wiper blade to wiper arms is provided to enable a flat wiper blade to be connected to a variety of types of wiper arms using one adapter. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for connecting a flat wiper blade to wiper arms comprises a joint(110), a bracket(120) and an adapter(130). The joint is coupled to the frame(9b) of the flat wiper blade. The bracket comprises a pair of vertical walls and a pivotal shaft and is mounted on the joint. The pivotal shaft is located on the top of the vertical wall and comprises a pivotal bore. The adapter comprises a pair of sidewalls, a first connector and a second connector. Holes are respectively formed on the sidewalls. The first connector connects the sidewalls and is located in front of the hole. The second connector is located behind the hole. Both ends of the pivotal shaft of the bracket are respectively inserted into the holes and the adapter is rotatably coupled to the bracket. |
