PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space of a housing of a water heating device and facilitate maintenance and inspection work of constitution equipment in the housing.SOLUTION: On a base plate 14 in the housing 12 of the water heating device 10, a compressor 15, a gas cooler 20, a capillary kit 28 and a water supply pump 22 are in an unfixed state and slidable and can be taken out of the housing 12 during maintenance and inspection. An air and heat source heat exchanger 40 includes heat-collecting fins 42 and a heat exchange pipe group 44 for flow of refrigerant and air flow passages are provided in a penetrating manner between the heat-collecting fins 42. An air lead-out fan 48 is provided in an air lead-out opening 46 provided in the upper face of the housing 12 to form an air stream flowing in from the air flow passages and flowing out from the air lead-out opening 46. The air and heat source heat exchanger 40 is arranged while detouring the compressor 15 and the gas cooler 20 so that the space of the housing 12 can be saved. |
