PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damages to a restricting member for restricting revolution of a cover body and a member for attaching the restriction member between the cover body and a housing, even if repeating opening/closing of an opening section by revolving a cover body that is provided in the housing, in order to carry out inspection, a repair or a recovery of an abnormal state or the like in a transfer mechanism, a fixing mechanism and a paper conveying mechanism, or the like, that are provided in the housing, and to attain this inexpensively using a simple structure.SOLUTION: Elastic members 41 to 44 are provided in attaching portions of restriction members 31 and 32 and a cover body 23, and in attaching portions of the restricting members 31 and 32 and a left side surface 2A of a body housing 2, and a part of the force generated by an impact of the moment when the cover body 23, the conveying unit 28 and the conveying unit 29 are stopped at a position of a prescribed angle α, that is, the position where the restricting members 31 and 32 are tightened is absorbed due to elastic deformation of the elastic members 41 to 44. |
