PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface according to the learning level or preference of a user by defining user interface setting for each user.SOLUTION: When authentication information is input by a user through an input device 50 or an authentication device 70, a request reception means 30a of a computer 30 for a monitoring console receives the authentication information, and an authentication means 30b performs authentication processing. When the authentication is successful, a display setting change means 30e reads display setting information related to the user from a display setting information storage part 30d, and changes, to a display control means 30f, color, size or the like of a display item based on the display setting information.
