PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable replacement of a brush part only and stabilize tensile strength, by solving the problems of the conventional brush for a handpiece wherein replacement of the brush part only is impossible in structure, resulting in problems in cost and recycling, and further in a fixing method using an adhesive, variation occurs in tensile strength to cause a problem in stable manufacture of commodity.SOLUTION: One end faces of a bundle of threads are deposited to manufacture a stepped cylindrical brush element 1 having a deposited formed part 1a. After the brush element is inserted in a cylindrical small hole at the tip of a body shaft, the outer peripheral part of the tip is caulked near the diameter of the brush to form a brush for a handpiece. Alternatively, a stepped cylindrical brush element 1 is inserted from the rear of a cap having a small hole equal to the outside diameter of the brush, and a shaft part and a brush part are fixed from the rear by a screw structure or the like. |
