PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption during a period a battery is not charged using the electric power from a power supply outside a vehicle.SOLUTION: A power supply relay 56 which is parallel to a driving ECU 86 is provided to a power supply relay 54. At charging connection where a vehicle side connector 60 is connected to an external power supply side connector 92, the power supply relay 56 is turned on, but during ignition on, the power supply relay 56 is not turned on but is held in an off-state. In the former case, a controller 78 to which the electric power from a low voltage battery 52 is supplied turns on a charging relay 72 to enable charging to a high voltage battery 42. In the latter case, the electric power is prevented from being consumed by the controller 78. |
