摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle that can further improve a fuel consumption rate by reducing the frequency of resuming of a fuel injection from an execution of a fuel cut.SOLUTION: The vehicle includes an internal combustion engine and a continuously variable transmission connected with the internal combustion engine via a torque converter having a lock-up clutch. The control device of the vehicle controls the internal combustion engine to terminate the fuel cut based on a condition A which indicates that an engine speed NE falls below a resumed engine speed NER while executing the fuel cut, and the transmission mechanism. Further, the control device performs a continuing control of continuing the execution of the fuel cut and connection of the lock-up clutch, when the lock-up clutch is connected, the condition A is met, and a condition B which indicates that there is a request for performing an automatic stop of the internal combustion engine is met.
