PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a time and effort for finding a document corresponding to read images having defects after acquiring the images read from a plurality of documents including an entry area.SOLUTION: A scanning processing portion 32 at a composite machine 3 reads an image of a questionnaire. A document management apparatus 1 receives the read image of the questionnaire. An input value verification portion 16 analyzes the read image of the questionnaire, and detects the content of a reply for an investigation item (the content of the entry). Then, the input value verification portion performs verification based on a verification rule stored in a verification rule storage 13, and determines whether there are defects in the contents of entry for the investigation items or not. If a questionnaire with the investigation items of written defects exists, a print form generation portion 17 generates a document image for printing for the corresponding read image. A printing instruction portion 18 transmits the printing instruction to a composite machine 3 to print and output the document image for printing. |
