PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camshaft device in which the rotational torque of a camshaft can be reduced.SOLUTION: The camshaft device 10 comprises: a camshaft 11 provided with a cam 18; rolling bearings 12 mounted to the camshaft 11 at intervals in the axial direction; and a support frame 13 mounted to a cylinder head 15 of an engine, having support holes 25 which are arranged on the same axis line and in which the rolling bearings 12 are fitted, and rotatably supporting the camshaft 11 through the rolling bearings 12 fitted in the support holes 25. The support frame 13 is configured by connecting split bodies 27, 28 together, and the split bodies 27, 28 include a first split body 27 having integrally formed therein first recesses 29 each forming one half of each support hole 25, and also include a second split body 28 having integrally formed therein second recesses 30 each forming the other half of the support hole 25. |
