PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medium and a new active ingredient useful for preparation of a composition for beautification for use in the prevention or treatment of skin disorders.SOLUTION: There is provided a gel for beautification useful for the treatment of skin disorders, for example, cellulite and creases, the gel including a mixture of a polymer which forms a gel, a surfactant, and propionyl L-carnitine glycinate hydrochloride.
