PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information from leaking and being erroneously delivered to protect personal information.SOLUTION: In an information concealing form 1, thermosensitive color developing layers 9 are arranged at opposing faces of lower paper 3 and upper paper 4, and a thermosensitive adhesive layer 10 is arranged along both side fringes of the paper face, and furthermore, at least a part of an area in which the upper paper 4 is superposed on the thermosensitive color developing layer 9 is made to be an information concealing part 12 by a concealing layer 7. The lower paper 3 and the upper paper 4 are bonded so as to be peelable by selectively heating all or a part of the thermosensitive adhesive layer 10 from above the upper paper 4 when printing the information concealing form 1 while heating by a thermal printer. |
