PURPOSE: A parallel-serial conversion circuit is provided to stably implement parallel-serial conversion by implementing the conversion operation in multiple stages. CONSTITUTION: A first aligning unit(410) is inputted with parallel data belonging to the first group out of a plurality of parallel data. A second aligning unit(420) is inputted with parallel data belonging to the second group out of a plurality of parallel data. The first and second aligning units output the parallel data by aligning serially.
