PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of spraying a concrete material which obtains high strength development for a short time at a natural ground surface exposed in a road, a railway, and a tunnel of a water introducing passage or the like.SOLUTION: The method of spraying comprises spraying a spray material which is made by mixing: a powder quick-setting agent containing calcium aluminate, an alkali metal aluminate, and calcium hydroxide; and a liquid quick-setting agent containing aluminum sulfate into a spray cement concrete containing plaster of 5-15 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement. The method of spraying is characterized in that the alkali metal aluminate is 1-50 pts.mass and the calcium hydroxide is 1-20 pts.mass, based on 100 pts.mass of the calcium aluminate. The method of spraying is characterized in that the powder quick-setting agent is 2-10 pts.mass and the liquid quick-setting agent is 0.5-3 pts.mass in solid matter based on 100 pts.mass of the cement. The method of spraying is characterized in that the spray cement concrete, the powder quick-setting agent, and the liquid quick-setting agent are pressure fed separately, and mixed to be sprayed. |
