An optical cable comprises an SZ type optical cable skeleton (110) and a plurality of optical fiber units (170). A plurality of skeleton slots (111) are provided on the periphery of the optical cable skeleton (110), and a plurality of optical fiber units (170) are respectively arranged in the corresponding skeleton slots (111) after being grouped. The optical cable effectively arranges the optical fiber units (170) into groups, so that the interference among the optical fiber units (170) is avoided when the optical fiber units (170) are drawn from the optical cable, and the lifetime of the optical fiber units (170) are prolonged. An optical cable system comprises above optical cable, thus simplifies the cable management, reduces the disposition cost, and increases the reliability of the optical cable.
