PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator having electric wiring which is improved for an electrode of a piezoelectric material.SOLUTION: The vibration actuator 10 includes the piezoelectric material 13, a first member 12 which is vibrated by the exciting vibration of the piezoelectric material 13, and a relative movement member 15 which is moved relative to the first member 12 by the vibration of the first member 12. The vibration actuator is also characterized in that at least part of a portion other than a contact face of the piezoelectric material 13 in the first member 12 and other than the contact face at the external periphery of the first member 12 is a non-conductive body, the contact face of the first member 12 and the piezoelectric material 13 are adjoined to each other by a conductive adhesive 13b, and a conductive part 12f extending from the conductive adhesive 13b is formed on the non-conductive body of the first member 12.
