PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording apparatus whose usability is suitable for a user, and for preventing a scene which is desired by the user from being missed imaging.SOLUTION: The apparatus has a function for cyclically recording image information onto a recording medium from start of recording to issue of stop instruction, and prevents a waste in the recording medium due to an operation miss by allowing an operation about whether or not image data is to be written onto the recording medium not to depend only on a user's operation so as to inhibit a function of cyclically recording when a determination is made that a residual amount of recording medium is a predetermined value or below or that the recording medium is a write-once recording medium. |
