PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized electronic mechanical converter, especially a clock generator.SOLUTION: The electronic mechanical converter 2 includes a rotor 4 and two pieces of coils 6, 8. The rotor is formed of a first portion 10, a second portion 11, and a third portion 12 stacked and made of a magnetic material and equipped with a first central zone 14, a second central zone 15, and a third central zone 16, respectively. A first axially polarized bipolar magnet 18 is disposed in between the first central zone and the second central zone, and a second bipolar magnet 20 reversely polarized to the first magnet is disposed in between the second central zone and the third central zone. Two pieces of coils are disposed in between the first geometric plane 26 and the second geometric plane 28 of the rotor so that the end zone in a rotor tongue piece passes at least opposite to a piece of coil when the rotor is rotated. |
