PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the contamination by the heavy metal while not damaging the human body. CONSTITUTION: A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on a substrate(100). A buffer layer(400) is arranged on the light absorption layer. The buffer layer comprises the zinc compound. A window layer(600) is arranged on the buffer layer. |
