PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a PWM pulse controller of a conventional inverter device, in which, because it is impossible to determine whether a failure is the one caused by the lack of pulse output, to specify a point of failure is difficult when a failure occurs, and no pulse is stopped if such failure causing no error signal output occurs because the pulse is stopped after the error signal is outputted when the failure occurs.SOLUTION: A minimum pulse monitoring memory part 19 and a minimum pulse monitoring counter 20 are provided. By outputting the minimum pulse, such a state causing no pulse output from a comparator 16 is detected. A feedback detecting part 18 is provided to output an error signal from the pulse output detected. By taking AND logic 24 for error output at the output stage of PWM pulse, the pulse is stopped at the time of error output. |
