PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insure the strength of a back door made of resin while facilitating the coupling operation between end parts of metal pipes which constitute reinforcement members, and to improve the shape of the reinforcement members and the accuracy of dimension.SOLUTION: A back door reinforcement structure for an automobile, in which the outer peripheral shape is symmetrical at both the left and right sides along vehicle width axis, has a straight line part in upper and lower portions thereof. A back door 10 is made of resin, and reinforcement members 12 for reinforcing the back door 10, at the upper and lower straight line parts of the back door 10, are configured by coupling the end parts of metal pipes 12A, 12B which are formed twisted separately along the outer peripheral shape of both the left and right sides of the back door. |
