PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt tightening and loosening method and a bolt which realize high general versatility and easy tightening and loosening.SOLUTION: A bolt 10 comprises a shaft part 12 containing a male screw part 13 and a head part 11 provided to one end of the shaft part 12 and provided with a rod insertion hole 14 into which a rod member 15 is inserted in a direction orthogonal to a center shaft C of the shaft part 12. The rod insertion hole 14 is provided so as to pass through a pair of sides 11a, 11a of the head part 11. The bolt 10 is tightened or loosened by turning the rod member 15 inserted into the insertion hole 14 around the center shaft C. |
