The arrangement has a hydraulic conveyer system (13) hydraulically drive-connected with an electric motor (14). A work space (7) is hydraulically connected with another work space (6) by a control device (12) in suspensions and/or damping mechanisms (1). A reverse locking device (17) closes the latter work space and opens the former work space. The former work space is hydraulically coupled with a hydropneumatic dynamic storage (19). The conveyer system is hydraulically connected with a compensation reservoir (9) at a suction-side and with the former work space at a pressure-side. An independent claim is also included for a method for operation of an arrangement for supporting an axle at two vehicle sides or wheels of an axle at vehicle bodywork.
