<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sensing change of capacitance, a computer readable record-medium on which a program for executing the method thereof is recorded, touch sensing apparatus using the same, a method thereof, a computer-readable medium which records a program for executing the touch sensing method are provided to detect the variation of electrostatic capacity based on the discharge frequency of shared electric charge and the charge sharing frequency. CONSTITUTION: A reference capacitor and a measured target capacitor shares electric charge(S114), and the electric charge of the measurement target capacitor is discharged(S115). If the voltage of the reference capacitor voltage is below a lower border voltage, the electric charge share of the reference capacitor and the measurement target capacitor is stopped(S116,S118). The capacitance charge variation detection unit detects the variation of the electric charge variation of the measurement target capacitor based on the share frequency and the electric discharge frequency in the electric charge share section(S119).</p> |
