PURPOSE: An intelligent LED driving converter and an LED device using the same are provided to improve the driving efficiency of an LED by controlling a driving pulse and a driving cycle according to the temperature range of an LED. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier converts an AC voltage to a DC voltage. A first PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) unit(13) controls the output of a first transformer. An LED switching regulator(23) stably supplies a first output voltage converted by the first transformer. An LED driver(26) supplies a constant voltage to the LED module. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit)(25) controls the operation of the entire circuit including the first PWM unit. The first PWM unit controls the output of the second transformer. An MCU switching regulator stably supplies a second output voltage converted by the second transformer to the MCU.
