PURPOSE: A signal converting device is provided to exclude an intersection relay or additional circuit by using only the relay switch and capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A signal input unit(10) receives a continuous wave signal. A first switch unit(20) is connected to the signal input unit. A second switch unit(40) is connected to the signal input unit and the first switch unit. The first and second switch units are turned on or off according to the polarity change of the continuous wave signal. A charging/discharging unit(30) is connected to the first and second switch units. If the first switch unit is turned on, the charging/discharging unit generates a charging pulse signal after the charging. If the second switch unit is turned off, the charging/discharging unit generates a discharging pulse signal after the discharging.
